A bit about me

Ever since I was a teenager, I was drawn to community service. I volunteered at a soup kitchen, coached kids’ sports teams, and even organized a letter writing campaign to fight against youth homelessness in my city.

Since then, I’ve done the formal work. I have two degrees, a certificate and specialized training. I’ve been working with children and families for over 13 years - helping them navigate the realities of trauma and separation.

Every family is different. You may be a mother, a father, a grandparent, an auntie, a friend. If you’re sharing primary, caregiving responsibilities with another person; if it feels like a constant battle; if you feel like you’re trapped in a labyrinth - allow me to walk with you. There’s no cookie cutter solution. I’m child-focused and will support you in exploring possible solutions. Truth bomb? You already know the answer. It’s just hard to find when it’s buried in layers of other emotions. Let’s unpack that and find solutions together.
